Strategic Planning
Technologent Consultants have been providing Strategic Planning support to several Federal and Commercial clients.
Our Strategic Planning process begins with consultants using the Radus methodology to gain full understanding of the client’s mission. Our consultants then research the impacts of the industry, market and “strategic edge” that they have invited us to help them formulate.
We then follow up by breaking down the vision into incremental tactical and strategic goals.
Scaled Agile (SAFe) Coaching, Consulting & Training
Technologent is a Scaled Agile Gold Partner, providing training and agile coaching at all levels of the framework (Team, Program and Portfolio).
Radus Consultants integrate SAFe into the overall change management process, a core component to successfully transition from a waterfall or traditional agile approach to a truly scalable agile solution.
Portfolio, Program & Project Management
Technologent has both workshop and tool-based approaches to help our clients optimize their IT portfolio.
We evaluate all of the initiatives objectively, based on a balanced approach between what is important to the customer operationally and what was identified in the enterprise architecture as a strategic need. We develop investor maps and scorecards based on several identified factors to build “bring to life / kill strategies” for the customers IT projects. Our portfolio management skills, particularly a team of people who can objectively weigh the benefits and risks of the initiatives.
Technologent also has a strong Program/Project Management practice that has adapted PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) to create the Radus Project Management Methodology (RPM). With the RPM, Radus consultants focus on key leadership clients effectively evaluate their portfolio of initiatives.

Integrated Master Scheduling/Project Control
Technologent provided Cost Metrics/Business Intelligence Views, Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) Workflow Tool, Military Pay Forecasting Tools, Capability Knowledge Base (cost estimating tool). GFEBS – Cost Management structures, Reporting tools for Army users.
Technologent developed and installed asset tracking and visibility for USSOCOM assets; This work advances the capture of assets in multiple locations to meet DoD Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements.
Technologent supported development and initial implementations in remote locations. Package can be established in emergency areas, started with non-technical resources, used to order emergency supplies and services domestically or internationally – reducing response time.
Logistics and IT Management
Technologent provided full life cycle software development – design through IOC and sustainment. Service requests, database management, system administration, help desk, inventory management, system/server support, user training, user functional support, fielding software increments and support to hand-held terminals.
Technologent provided Financial system deployed across all Army commands. Technologent provides subject matter expertise to Army system integrators in configuring cost models – including policies for master data. On-site support as GFEBS is deployed to each Command, including initial configuration and user training. Efforts include transition support, integration of other ERP systems, and tool development for commands to monitor cost management policies.
Technologent provided software engineering support in development and maintenance of DLA Distribution Support Systems – available 24 hours a day. Technologent support two releases per year – changes prioritized by DLA management and users. Technologent uses a full SDLC- like systems lifecycle to support development efforts, minor emergency changes to the production system, next version upgrades and testing, and work on future design changes.
